All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time):

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Alaska & Hawaii: 10–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—please refer to announcements on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Puffulu is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
If so, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
